Based near Bath, I specialise in bridal and wedding hair and makeup for brides across the UK, Portugal and Europe. Originally established as CÈLFIE Hair & Makeup in 2013, I began my journey as a freelance hairstylist working across Bath & Wiltshire while balancing family life. It was during this time I discovered my love for the bridal world where creativity, connection and meaningful moments come together.
Gemma Kelly Collective was founded from a deep passion for creating calm, considered bridal experiences.
My Story

Trained at the London College of Beauty and Makeup - Gillian began her career in fashion and editorial before moving into bridal artistry in 2014.
Known for her soft bridal glam style, she enhances natural features to create a confident & radiant finish while bringing a calm supportive presence to your wedding morning.
My approach has been shaped not only by industry training but by years of understanding what brides truly need on the morning of their wedding.
In 2023 I opened my first salon before choosing to return to a more personal, intentional way of working - creating a private, home from home studio designed to offer a calm and welcoming space for bridal previews.
In 2026 the brand evolved into Gemma Kelly Collective - a natural progression reflecting a more refined, elevated approach to bridal beauty and experience-led services.
Since my first wedding booking in 2015 I have refined my craft through both experience and education, training in fashion makeup and working across weddings and editorial shoots.
Today the Collective is built on a philosophy of ease, refinement and connection. Each experience is thoughtfully designed so every bride feels supported, confident and completely herself.

My approach goes beyond hair and makeup, it’s your wedding experience that also matters. Every Bridal experience begins with a quiet moment of grounding - a soothing mini facial and gentle massage designed to release pre-wedding tension, soften the skin, and invite you to fully arrive into the day. It’s a space to slow down, breathe, and be held before the pace of your morning begins.
I work intuitively, taking time to understand your features, your energy and how you want to feel. My artistry is centred around enhancing natural beauty in a way that feels effortless, modern, and deeply personal - never overdone, never disconnected from you.
